Difetto causato dalla mosca dell’olivo, Bactrocera oleae. I frutti colpiti presentano una prima perforazione della buccia, una galleria nel mesocarpo in direzione del nocciolo e un orifizio di uscita della larva. (Descrizione tratta da : “aceituna”). Producono un olio scadente di acidità elevata.
