Sistema di estrazione parziale mediante lamine di acciaio inossidabile. Il sistema sfrutta la differenza di tensione superficiale fra olio e acqua. L’olio presenta una tensione superficiale minore rispetto all’acqua e pertanto aderisce più facilmente alle superfici metalliche.
