Argentina holds the chair of the IOC in 2018

Madrid - Argentina holds the chair of the IOC from 1 January to 31 December 2018, presiding over all the official acts of the Council of Members during the spring and autumn sessions. At the 106th session of the Council of Members, held in Madrid from 23 to 27 November 2017, Argentina invited the member countries and the Executive Secretariat to hold the meetings of the 107th session in Argentina. The invitation was welcomed by all those present, and the session will most probably be held in the second half of June 2018. Further details regarding the venue will be sent along with the exact dates.
