فئة تشمل الزيتون ذو النوعية الجيدة، مع درجة من النضج المناسب والتي تُظهِر الصفات الخاصة بنوعه وإعداده التجاري. من الممكن أن يُسمح بعيوب طفيفة في اللون، والشكل، والبشرة، وصلابة اللب، إذا كان ذلك لن يؤثر على الشكل الجيد للمجموعة، ولا على الصفات الحسية الفردية لكل ثمرة.
