Forma di allevamento composta da un tronco alto 50-60 cm da cui si dipartono, ad altezze leggermente sfasate, due branche primarie oblique in direzioni opposte. Ogni branca è inclinata di 30° rispetto alla verticale ed è orientata nella stessa direzione del filare.
