Technique de taille consistant en un tronc de 50-60 cm de hauteur duquel partent à des hauteurs légèrement différentes deux branches primaires obliques dans des directions opposées. Chaque branche est inclinée de 30° par rapport à l’axe vertical et est orientée dans la même direction que la ligne.
