أحد أشكال تقليم شجر الزيتون التي تعتمد فيها الشجرة على جذع يبلغ طوله من 50-60 سم يتفرع منه (على ارتفاعين متباينين بصورة طفيفة) فرعين أساسيين مائلين في اتجاهين متعاكسين. يميل كل فرع منهما في نفس اتجاة صف الأشجار بزاوية قدرها 30 درجة عن الجذع العمودي.
