Here is the July 2020 edition of the IOC newsletter. It is our duty, but above all our pleasure, to give our dear readerthe latest news from the olive oil sectors in our member countries and around the world.
In addition to the most recent data, with a focus on the global table olive market, this newsletter also reports on the main activities of the various units, namely chemistry and standardisation, and technology and environment. The newsletter opens with news related to the Council of Members and the important decisions taken during the virtual 111th session.
