Among the objectives of the International Agreement 2015, the IOC disseminates economic analyses and data on olive oil and table olives.
To contribute to our readers knowledge on international market matters, the Executive Secretariat publishes a monthly report on changes in producer prices of extra virgin olive oil, refined olive oil and refined olive pomace oil in the most representative countries. As these markets contribute a large part of world production, their prices have a significant influence on prices in other markets.
