The IOC has launched a public tender for the procurement of a company’s services to assess the proficiency of olive oil physico-chemical and sensory analysis testing laboratories, the organisation of ring tests, the training of olive oil tasting panels, the management of oil samples for a range of IOC-organised activities, and the provision of technical assistance to the Standardisation and Research Unit.
The framework contract has a maximum duration of four years and an estimated amount of €1,500,000.
