زيت كُسب الزيتون بتم الحصول عليه عن طريق استخلاص، بواسطة مذيبات غذائية مصرح بها لأغراض غذائية، كسب الزيتون المجفف أولاً، والذي تتوافق خصائصه مع تلك التي حددتها لهذه الفئة مواصفة المجلس الدولى للزيتون (COI/T.15/NC رقم 3). وهو مخصص للتكرير بغرض استعماله للاستهلاك البشري أو مخصص للاستعمالات الفنية.
