زيت زيتون بكر غير نقي للاستهلاك على حالته، تزيد حموضته الحرة معبر عنها في حمض الزيتيك عن 3.3 غرام لكل 100غرام و/أو خصائصه الحسية وخصائصه الأخرى متوافقة مع تلك التي حددتها لهذه الفئة مواصفة المجلس الدولى للزيتون (COI/T.15/NC رقم 3). وهو مخصص لصناعات التكرير أو للاستعمالات الفنية.
