The IOC website is now available in Italian

As promised, the IOC website is now available in Italian! With over 100 static pages already on the English, French and Spanish versions, our Italian readers can now follow all the activities of the IOC.

The Italian version will include all the different sections of the website: from the structure of the Executive Secretariat to the basic texts of the international agreements, as well as the activities of the operational units and their departments: chemistry, technology, statistics, promotion and training.

Travel through the world of olive oil or browse through our digital bookshop, where all our publications can be downloaded using a simple form – and completely free of charge.

You can also explore the latest addition to the site, the olive oil Observatory carousel – just click under the tables to access a myriad of economic information. There is also plenty of information on legal notices, contracts, grants and job offers.

You will also have access to the OHIS health portal and the Culinary Institute of America‘s website. And don’t forget to subscribe to our monthly newsletter.
