As part of its technical assistance and training programme for 2015 the International Olive Council plans to organise the following activities:
A. 3rd international course for panel leaders on the sensory analysis of table olives
B. International course for panel leaders on the sensory analysis of virgin olive oil
C. International course on chemical testing methods
D. Workshop on chromatogram interpretation
E. International seminar on integrated control
F. International course on by-products reuse
G. International seminar on the carbon footprint of olive oil
H. International course on olive nursery plant production techniques
Members are invited to forward their nominations for each training activity by 2 March 2015.
Only official candidates nominated by the IOC representatives will be considered for inclusion in the selection process.
