OLIVAE 124: tutta la Tunisa olivicola in un click

Madrid – E’ stata pubblicata OLIVAE, la rivista ufficiale del Consiglio Oleicolo internazionale.  Questo numero, il 124, è interamente dedicato all’olivicoltura della Tunisia. Una quarantina di pagine per delineare il profilo di una tra le olivicolture più intraprendenti del Mediterraneo.  La rivista OLIVAE è notoriamente pubblicata on line sul sito web del COI e riscuote da sempre successo di pubblico e di critica. E’ pubblicata nelle cinque lingue uficiali del COI: arabo, francese, inglese, italiano e spagnolo ed è completamente gratuita.  I lettori potranno trovare ottimi spunti di approfondimento ed argomenti di attualità spaziando dalla storia dell’olivo in Tunisia, alle più moderne tecniche di raccolta e di lavorazione. Tutta la Tunisia dell’olio di oliva che conta in un “click” su questo sito. I lettori troveranno le prime quattro versioni della rivista in francese,inglese, italiano e spagnolo. L’edizione in lingua araba sarà pubblicta a breve.

The IOC and the University of Navarra, through OHIS (the Olive Health Information System), a platform dedicated to research on the health properties of olive oil and table olives, publish a weekly or bi-weekly collection of scientific articles and summaries of research carried out in this field.

These articles highlight the numerous health benefits of these products.
