The International Olive Council (IOC) has opened recruitment processes for five positions at its headquarters in Madrid, offering experienced professionals the opportunity to contribute to the work of the world organisation for olive oil and table olives.
The vacancies are:
- Head of the Observatory and Information Systems Department
- Head of the International Standardisation Department
- Head of the Finance/Treasury Section
- Head of the Economic Research and Statistics Department
- Head of the Facility Management Section
These positions play an important role in supporting the IOC’s activities in areas such as market statistics, international standards, economic analysis, financial management and organisational operations.
Applications are open to qualified candidates who meet the requirements set out in the respective vacancy notices. The deadline for submitting applications for all five positions is 5 July 2026.
