أحد أشكال تقليم شجر الزيتون التي يغيب فيها جذع الشجرة والذي يقتصر بدوره على الأرومة (أصل الجذع). يتكون الشكل العام من 3 أفرع رئيسية تميل في بدايتها ثم تتجه بشكل عمودي نسبيًا لتشكل رؤوس مثلث متساوي الأضلاع. تنمو الأفرع الجانبية بطول الرئيسية لتكون في المجمل 3 أشكال هرمية تأخذ نهاياتها نفس شكل الزهرية المتعددة المخاريط.
