/ Assignment to Argentina to supervise RESGEN projectThe Executive Secretariat recently travelled to Argentina to supervise the activities carried out by the Argentine collaborating centre under the project for the conservation, characterisation, collection and utilisation of genetic resources in olive, commonly known as the RESGEN project. Through 18 and 19 September 2012, it met with local project leaders at the INTA premises in San Juan to discuss completed and future action to achieve the objectives marked out in the project.
