The IOC Executive Secretariat team gathered on 15 February for a ceremony to mark the departure of Lucy Kirk, the English translator, and the arrival of Shiraz Sayah, the new Internal Comptroller.
The Executive Director, Abdellatif Ghedira, and his deputy, Jaime Lillo, gave a moving speech and thanked Lucy for her hard work, kindness and dedication and said that her departure would leave a big gap in the Executive Secretariat. They also welcomed the new Head of Internal Control.
