BECOME A TRAINEE AT THE IOC

Applicants have until 18 March to apply for the traineeship at the Execuive Secretariat.

This is an opportunity for a young graduate to work in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual and multi-ethnic environment and put into practice everything they have learned during their studies.As an intergovernmental commodity organisation and international forum for olive producing nations, the IOC carries out numerous activities to develop olive growing around the world.

Health

The IOC and the University of Navarra, through OHIS (the Olive Health Information System), a platform dedicated to research on the health properties of olive oil and table olives, publish a weekly or bi-weekly collection of scientific articles and summaries of research carried out in this field.

These articles highlight the numerous health benefits of these products.
