Final stretch of the IOC promotion campaign in Japan

Madrid – The countdown has started for the final phase of the promotion campaign of the International Olive Council (IOC) in Japan. An event in Tokyo will discuss the development of olive oil consumption in Japan, following the direct intervention of the IOC through awareness raising actions directed at consumers and national institutions. The event is hosted by the Japan Oilseed Processors Association (JOPA) and supported by the IOC. The subjects to be discussed include: olive oil quality, sensory analysis and an overview of the world olive oil market.
