INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON CULTIVATION SYSTEMS AND OLIVE OIL QUALITY

The International Olive Council will be organising an international course on olive cultivation systems and olive oil quality at its headquarters from 12 to 16 December 2011.
This course will describe the chief differences between the various olive growing systems and will discuss whether such differences give rise to differences in the end product.
