Led by a Deputy Director, this Division is responsible for the behind-the-scenes administrative and financial running of the Executive Secretariat. Although not in the limelight, it is central to the smooth operation of the Organisation. Its remit covers human resources management, financial and budgetary management, procurements, logistics, upkeep and maintenance, reprographics and IT systems.
